Scope and date

This notice describes the HFAPI.com website and its included client-side code as of September 22, 2026. It does not describe the data practices of a third-party inference provider, hosting company, browser extension, email service, or a separate application you build from an example.

No website data-entry forms

The website has no account registration, contact form, newsletter signup, search input, payment collection, or API-token entry. Its included code does not install analytics, advertising pixels, cookies, or local-storage tracking. Navigation, code tabs, the mobile menu, and motion controls run in the browser.

The motion control applies to the current page session and is not stored as a cross-visit profile. Copy buttons act only when selected and ask the browser to copy the displayed code or article link. They do not read the clipboard or submit its contents to HFAPI.com.

Requests involved in viewing a page

Your browser requests pages, styles, scripts, and images from the website’s host. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information such as IP address, requested resource, time, and browser metadata for delivery and operation. The hosting operator and its configuration determine any server-log retention; this static website code does not set that policy.

The pages request the Syne and Space Grotesk font styles through Google Fonts. Those requests go to Google’s font domains and may include request information handled under that service’s practices. The site uses a restrictive referrer policy, and local fallback fonts remain available when external fonts do not load. No font files are distributed with the site.

Email links

A mailto link opens your email application. Sending a message shares its contents and normal sender information through the email services involved. Do not include API tokens, financial account details, identity documents, or unrelated personal information. Retention of correspondence depends on the mailbox operator’s handling, not on a form or database in this website.

External links and downloads

Following an external documentation link takes you to a separate service with its own policies. Downloading a resource from HFAPI.com does not execute it. Inspect a code file before running it and decide what information you are permitted to send.

If you run the Python quickstart, it sends your configured prompt and authorized credential directly to the selected Hugging Face routed endpoint. That is a provider interaction from your environment, not an inference request processed or stored by this static website. Provider access, processing, retention, and billing conditions apply separately.

Your practical controls

Read the site without creating an account. Use browser controls to limit external requests when appropriate. Do not execute a downloaded example until you have reviewed its behavior and configured an appropriate trust boundary. Review the security guide for prompt minimization, logs, and credential handling.

Any future addition of forms, analytics, advertising, or account features would need a corresponding review of this notice and the actual deployed behavior. Do not infer a legal certification or a particular hosting retention policy from the absence of those features in this site.
